Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order shows delivered but you have not received it, contact info@petcascade.store and we will help locate it or send a replacement.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you need to change your address before your order ships.
